Data Platform Build

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (LTHT) is a leading healthcare provider and provides a wide range of acute, emergency and speciality care to several million patients on an annual basis.

LTHT was in the process of building a new enterprise data platform to improve analytics and reporting capabilities across the organisation. They engaged Evolution to support them with resource for the build.

The Result

To supplement LTHT’s own internal team working on the data platform build, Evolution was engaged to provide resource via our outcomes service. This included supplying several technical resources to assist with managing and executing the project.

Additionally, our consultants backfilled business-as-usual roles that LTHT team members had vacated in order to focus on the new platform implementation.

Our resource gave LTHT increased bandwidth for both completing the data platform project as well as maintaining existing data operations throughout the course of the engagement.

Alex helped me to secure a team for a large Data Platform project, he was proactive and brilliant at communicating back with any updates. We were unsure on the type of contractors we needed to support the project and what was available in the market, Alex was vital in helping us to understand what to advertise for and really supported us throughout the whole process. Once the team were assigned, he kept in touch to ensure they were the right fit and made sure we got the best service. I highly recommend him!
