I have led regional and national initiatives across a wide variety of areas including public health, urgent care, diagnostics and digital transformation, supporting senior leaders to improve performance and deliver sustainable results. Alongside programme leadership, I have used my experience in both the public and private sectors to develop consulting practices that allow our talented people to operate at their very best.
