The Problem​

As part of the funding allocated by NHSX to stand up an RPA Centre of Excellence, we partnered up with the Automation Accelerator Hub (hosted by UHN) in order to support a number of key requirements at rapid scale and volume. The programme aims to accelerate the use of RPA across the whole NHS.

The Work

Working closely with Tremaine Richard-Noel we put in place and defined an end-to-end process for maximum efficiency and to ensure the highest standard of delivery in a challenging space of time.

This process included a WhatsApp group with all key stakeholders, conducting video calls with individual hiring managers to understand the requirements to a high level of detail and use of a CRM tool with both party access to keep a track of the hiring process (driving a collaborative approach.)

All perspective candidates were vetted and interviewed by our team to ensure UHN received the highest quality candidates. To take things to that next level, 10 minute introductory video recordings were sent to all hiring managers in order to give more detailed insight into the candidate and a feel for their cultural fit.

During the interview process with UHN, we managed and arranged the meetings and was sat on the calls as a third party in order to take immediate feedback and ensure of a swift turnaround. This provided a great experience for both client and candidate.

The Outcome

17 Contractors were hired within 8 weeks to a compliant standard.

The team has grown exponentially since then to support the rapid scale and development of the programmes aims.
