Jaki Allen-Free

EPR Programme Director

Jaki is a subject matter expert when it comes to delivering projects within the Digital Health space with a focused specialism in Electronic Patient Records. Jaki is an award winning Programme Consultant who has worked specifically with the NHS for over 15 years. She has delivered programmes ranging from EPR, Paper Free, GDE, Turnaround Programmes and scaled PMO structures from scratch. Jaki works with Evolution to provide an SME lens on delivering programmes of work.

Charlotte English

Project Manager - RBAC, Nursing, PAPD, Web Modules & Clinical Safety

Charlotte is a Project/Programme professional with a robust knowledge in all aspects of NHS, Outpatients, Inpatients, ED and Theatres. Charlotte has spent the past 4 years managing digital projects across a number of NHS organisations such as Kings College Hospital, East and North Hertfordshire, Surrey Safe Care (for stabilisation/turnaround) and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and South, Central and West CSU. This has included a mix of digital products such as Healthcare Communications, InTouch, Synopsis, Eden, Bluespier, Cerner, Meditech as well as robotic process automation.

John Attwood

Project Manager - Pharmacy and Theatres

John Attwood is a Healthcare Programme Manager with over 20 years’ experience of project and programme management from a variety of contexts including health, higher education, secondary education and community development. He has worked with the NHS for the last ten years and recently completed delivering the successful role out of the Meditech Expanse EPR at Alder Hey Childres Hospital, as one of the Project Managers. His focus was on Theatres, EPMA and clinical coding.

Project Manager of Labs, Orders, Interfaces, REG/MIS/HIM & Training

I am a project manager with nearly 10 years of experience in delivering high-quality projects for the NHS in various challenging and demanding environments. I have successfully worked on national Digital First programs, telephony upgrades, network upgrades, EPR upgrades for GP practices across Manchester, the EPIC EPR implementation for MFT and most recently as a EPR turnaround project manager for Alder Hey's Meditech Expanse EPR implementation. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to improve the healthcare services and outcomes for patients and staff.
