Your role

We are seeking an acquisition sales executive with a focus on securing new logo end-customer business across a range of industry sectors (predominately private). You will be joining an exciting newly established sales team within the Platform division, with a remit to sell the entire Platform Business portfolio.

You will engage directly with end user organisation to promote and position the organisations technology solutions, identify business needs & challenges, utilising internal sales engineering & presales resources to devise and present solutions using consultative selling techniques and approaches. 

We’re looking for you to be a highly ambitious individual contributor with demonstratable experience in a new business Enterprise IT and/or Channel sales role, with an evident passion for securing new logo business.

This is not an account management role and is therefore more suited to a hunter style new business sales professional.

 Your experience

  • A minimum of 5-years direct end-user selling experience, ideally gained in a technology business, dealing with senior decision makers within end customers.
  • High self-motivation with a hunting mentality, a tenacious attitude for business networking, opening up and navigating complex organisational structures and ultimately securing new logo wins,
  • A creative and innovation mentality always looking at ways to solve challenges and address customer needs
  • Knowledge and experience of Pay Per Use, Subscription and Consumption based charging models would be advantageous
  • Be self-motivated to own and deliver against individual targets
