Royal Surrey Hospitals & Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trusts were implementing Cerner Millennium as part of their Surrey Safe Care Programme. The multi-site and cross-organisation implementation required significant external support, specialist skills and delivery capacity on a flexible basis across both trusts. Evolution was engaged on a call-off arrangement, creating an overall contract for services that could cover a wide range of required skills and resources. Our approach saved the trusts significant time and decreased the time to hire.
For the first phase of the project, Evolution provided a team of Cerner specialists working across a multitude of areas including a Theatres Change Analyst, RA Agent, Order Comms Change Partner, Cerner PAS Business Analysts, Theatres Change Partner, and a Second-line engineer.
For the second phase our services included multiple Service Desk Analysts, Data Quality Officers, Technical Project Managers, Cerner Booking & Scheduling Officers, Programme Managers, and an EPR Consultant.
