The Problem

Nottingham University Hospitals faced a challenge in implementing an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system in the Nerve Centre. To achieve this, they required two roles, 2 x Business Analysts and 1 x Application Team Manager.

The Work

NUH conducted a soft tender process to ensure a balance of quality and value from the selected supplier. As a result, we will work with the trust to move from the initial Outline Business Case (OBC) through to Full Business Case (FBC) and acquire their chosen vendor for the program within the next 12-18 months.

The Outcome

2 x Business Analysts were hired. Finding a single candidate for the Application Team Manager Role was challenging and the client was willing to compromise. However, we hired a candidate that ticked all the boxes.

Lisa Lawrence – Head of Digital Products:
“My request was very niche and I was not hopeful of finding everything I needed in a single candidate. I was expecting to compromise but actually, Brad literally provided the perfect candidate, and we couldn’t be happier. This has solved a huge problem for us. Thanks!”
