The project focused on the Trust’s Patient Engagement Portal (PEP), a digital platform designed to enhance patient experience and streamline communication between healthcare providers and patients.

Throughout the project, Evolution’s Digital Change Lead has worked closely with E&NH’s staff and leadership to ensure a smooth transition, provide training and support, and continuously monitor and optimise the centralised outpatient transformation process.
