The Problem​

Acquired by Schneider Electric in 2018, AVEVA has enjoyed massive growth through a transitionary period and needed agile recruitment services to match their scale through a difficult climate.

The Work

Requiring mainly .NET Developers, we deployed our technical specialists to provide niche knowledge on that market. From there, our specialist consultant starts a three-step process to gather the right requirement and find the right candidates. Starting with qualification calls, we asked fact-find questions to dig deeper into the role, the company and the team the candidates would be working with.
Happy with our understanding around what makes the role, company and team unique we marketed the role to our database of over 2 Million Unique Candidates, as well as leveraging our consultants existing networks. With a shortlist ready, interviews began quickly.
Arranging all the interviews for the client, successful candidates are found quickly and efficiently. Using WhatsApp as our main communication tool allows for rapid, proactive action to potential challenges.
With regular check-ins with both candidate and client, we ensured that both parties are looked after through the sometimes tricky onboarding and probation period. Close attention to detail, even after the candidate has been placed, has allowed us to continue to grow and nurture a growth-minded relationship.

The Outcome

With 30 total placements since 2017, our relationship with AVEVA has evolved from service provider to true hiring partner.
