We are pleased to announce that following an assessment at our head office, Evolution Recruitment Solutions continues to achieve accreditation against the 6th Generation Investors in People Standard.

In the IIP report, Evolution was described as leading and inspiring people by taking a progressive approach to developing leadership capability through investment in development programmes for current, emerging and potential leaders. Furthermore, it was noted that there is a clear focus on achieving high performance with regard to employees, candidates and clients, and that this year has seen a near 100% retention of employees.
Following further growth for Evolution this year, along with a number of awards including the Princess Royal Training Award, it has been a fantastic end to 2017 to be informed of our continued accreditation against the 6th Generation Investors in People Standard.
