In the IIP report, Evolution was described as leading and inspiring people by taking a progressive approach to developing leadership capability through investment in development programmes for current, emerging and potential leaders. Furthermore, it was noted that there is a clear focus on achieving high performance with regard to employees, candidates and clients, and that this year has seen a near 100% retention of employees.
Following further growth for Evolution this year, along with a number of awards including the Princess Royal Training Award, it has been a fantastic end to 2017 to be informed of our continued accreditation against the 6th Generation Investors in People Standard.
