Rose works with the newly formed ICS’s deliver interim talent into these organisations. Rose is very passionate about the NHS. Previously, Rose worked within the NHS and an insightful part of that role involved contacting vulnerable citizens to sign post them to the care they may need. Rose believes the role that she is doing now enables her to help, support, and deliver the right people into digital roles within the NHS - with the end goal of helping the patient and improving their outcome. Rose finds that one of the most important and exciting parts of the role is hosting podcasts. The series allows and creates networking opportunities for some incredible NHS leaders and helps us to attract talent.Aside from her working career, her hobby is travelling! Her life goal is to reach all 7 continents.
