We are thrilled to announce that following an assessment at our head office, Evolution Recruitment Solutions continues to achieve accreditation against Investors in People Platinum – the highest standard. This is acknowledges our purpose of helping our employees realise their potential.
After being recognised as the first business in the world to achieve the Platinum standard, to be reaccredited for a second time is an outstanding achievement for all involved. Furthermore, Evolution is officially in the top 1% of all IIP accredited organisations.
This was the fourth assessment for Evolution against the revised IIP “framework for excellence”. The findings at this assessment confirmed that all the evidence presented at the last assessment in 2016, and reconfirmed at the subsequent annual reviews in 2017 and 2018, is still in place.
IIP commented that, “there has been considerable improvement work and innovative practice designed, implemented and reviewed since the last IIP assessment.”
In terms of our high performance as an organisation, and the continuation of our Platinum recognition, we exceeded both the IIP average and sector benchmarks:
Following the online survey, we were also assessed onsite and IIP stated, “the onsite evidence presented was found to fully validate the online results. This was a very strong performance against an internationally recognised business transformation framework.”
