We would like to wish our March winners a big “congratulations!” for all of their achievements last month, making it a brilliant end to Q1. March 2018 was an outstanding month for Evolution UK, following various members of the team exceeding their personal targets and reaching business goals.
At the start of every month, Evolution’s directors reward employees with champagne and trophies for a variety of achievements within their specific teams, as well as announcing promotions. At the end of every quarter, this awards meeting is extended into a business update for anything that is happening both at Evolution HQ and in our global offices, as well as discussing plans for incentives trips and hearing from employees about their progression within the company.
The individual employee accomplishments discussed in our Q1 review meeting included everything from meeting KPIs and personal best goals to achieving targets and winning awards such as “Champions Lead” and “MVP” for reflecting the company values.
Our March 2018 winners received a brilliant amount of recognition for their hard work, with numerous employees being acknowledged for the efforts being put into their personal development, as well as the ongoing relationships with candidates and clients.
Congratulations again to all of our March winners, and well done for ending Q1 2018 on a high!
