With over two decades experience in the UK health and care sector, I am a strategic change and transformation lead specialising in large and complex programme delivery. Before stepping into management consulting, I worked for ten years in the NHS and Local Government, which allows me to bring deep sector insight and a strong understanding of the challenges facing health and care systems today. I have led regional and national initiatives across a wide variety of areas including public health, urgent care, diagnostics and digital transformation, supporting senior leaders to improve performance and deliver sustainable results. Alongside programme leadership, I have used my experience in both the public and private sectors to develop consulting practices that allow our talented people to operate at their very best.
