I’m Brad, Associate Director of Client Engagement for the Automation and AI practice at Evolution Digital Health. I specialise in the zero‑to‑one phase of business: taking complex, greenfield concepts and turning them into commercially validated, executable reality. Right now, I’m leading the incubation of a new Automation and AI consulting practice within Evolution Digital Health, helping NHS leaders turn Automation and AI headaches into transformational wins from idea to benefit. I de‑risk innovation for C‑suite executives by architecting evidence‑based strategy and operationalising it into real‑world outcomes. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked across Consulting, Staffing, Third‑Sector and Legal, playing a key role in transitioning our business from a staffing model to a consultancy and creating scalable growth and new market presence in three UK territories. For more than six years, I’ve supported healthcare clients to solve some of their biggest challenges, with a current focus on enabling NHS organisations to harness Automation and AI with confidence.
