Branch Training Delivery Facilitator / Nationwide (Contract)
£330 per day plus expenses
Description:

To specifically deliver the Bank Group learning curriculum, displaying a high level of knowledge and application of face to face and virtual learning trainer standards together with external best practice learning delivery methods and techniques. The Bank is rolling out a National Delivery Programme where they are trying to encourage customers to use digital banking. The training that will be delivered will be within the Branch network and will focus on the cultural mindset shift supporting customers through that change. The morning will consist of training delivery to the branch staff and then the facilitators will be expected to stay around in the afternoon to support staff within a live environment.

    • Travel will be required as they will be expected to go from branch to branch. 
    • A full TTT will be given in August with delivery starting in early sept through to mid-oct. 
    • The bank have also said that they are particularly short of people to deliver in the South of England. 
    • The role will involve 4-5 days of face-to-face delivery each week. 
    • The rollout will be done region by region, so each week the trainers will be in one area, rather than criss-crossing the country every day.
    • Travel would need to be booked using our internal travel provider. 
    • Hotels and train costs are covered. 
    • Mileage would be 45p per mile when using your own car. 
    • Food etc is £40 per day when staying overnight or £15 when traveling home (against receipts, it’s not an allowance).
        CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
        In order to carry out this role, each candidate must be able to provide evidence of experience in the following areas:

        • Deliver face to face cultural change courses to groups and or individuals fully utilising a pre-designed framework to support business objectives and relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
        • Ensure the course and individual training objectives are achieved through the effective utilisation of a full range of face to face and virtual learning theories and approaches.
        • Monitor own delivery standards and feedback to ensure ‘best in class’ delivery.
        • Utilise the learning management system effectively to manage and undertake training administration in a timely manner and to a high standard.
        • Maintain own expertise by keeping up to date with new processes, key developments and updates and changes to deliver an effective and efficient service to colleagues and stakeholders.
        • Manage operational risk ensuring adherence to Group-wide policies, championing compliance with Group-wide frameworks and standards.

        • Excellent facilitation, presentation and delivery skills with knowledge of different learning theories and styles.
        • Experience of face-to-face learning delivery.
        • Oral communication – clear, concise and able to adapt to different group dynamics.
        • Able to adapt to change, often at pace, whilst delivering accurate procedural, product and process content within risk governance.
        • Organisational skills – The ability to multitask, be proactive and ability to work on own with minimal guidance.
        • Stakeholder management / managing relationships – ability to work at all levels including senior stakeholders.
        • Able to deliver challenging messages and influence the mindset of your audience through a cultural change.
        • Strong personal resilience, able to face significant challenge to the messages you are delivering.

        ESSENTIAL

        • Previous industry experience.
        • Minimum of 3 years learning delivery experience.
