We would like to wish our October winners a huge “well done!” for their personal achievements last month.
At the start of every month, Evolution announces promotions and rewards employees with trophies and champagne for a range of achievements. These successes include everything from exceeding targets and personal bests, to the “Tip of the Day” trophy for the best advice given to colleagues.
Our October winners received a huge amount of recognition for their hard work, with many members of staff being congratulated for their noticeable efforts being put into maintaining client and candidate relationships.
A few of our winners included Flavio Arragoni who won the Champions League trophy, Luke Beesley for beating his personal bests for the third month in a row, Nick Jackson for his Tip of the Day, and Sam Shinner for being voted MVP by his colleagues at Head Office (pictured above).
