Congratulations to Evolution’s Quarterly Achievers!

blog

Yesterday was another quarterly achievers’ awards meeting at Evolution. Every month, we give recognition, awards and champagne to our employees who have been promoted or exceeded their targets, and our quarterly achievers’ meetings also include business updates from our directors.

Our Q3 presentation began with our MD, Gareth Morris, reminding employees of our purpose as a business; being “committed to helping people and organisations realise their potential.” Our Senior Consultant, Gemma Williams, received a small monetary prize for being the first person in the room to correctly identify our purpose!

We also heard from three of our recruiters about how working at Evolution has helped them realise their potential, as well as a number of our directors discussing our current candidate and client NPS scores, which stand at +89 and +73. In addition to this, our Peakon eNPS score is +45; employee feedback via the Peakon surveys has been a brilliant indicator for the board to help Evolution progress and keep our employees happy, and we had a 94% response rate, which is fantastic!

Q3 has been a record-breaking quarter for Evolution Recruitment Solutions, both for the business overall and for a number of individual consultants. There have been seven promotions in September alone, and our MVP, as voted for by employees, is Chris Bennett, who has consistently exceeded his targets and works extremely hard. Well done, Chris!

One of our newest members of staff, Saania Waqar, won the Champions Lead Winner trophy for the most leads generated – well done Saania!

We also heard from our IT Scrum Master, Mike Hodson, about the work our IT team has achieved over Q3. There have been major upgrades from our tech team and some incredible frontend progress from our Chief Software Architect, Keith Henry. We look forward to more changes being made by our inhouse IT team towards the end of 2017!

It has also been a record-breaking quarter for all of our international offices in Germany, Singapore and Australia, and employees were informed about a fourth international office opening in January. Watch this space…

41 of our achievers are in Benalmádena this weekend as a reward for reaching their targets, and our annual trip next year is to Tokyo! If you’re interested in coming to work at Evolution and being in with a chance at being a part of the exciting trips, incentives and rewards our employees receive, please get in touch with our internal recruitment team.

Congratulations to all of our achievers this quarter, and here’s to more targets being exceeded and records being broken in Q4!
