Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) required a dedicated team of experienced and pre-qualified floorwalkers to provide crucial on-site assistance during the further implementation of the Capacity Management system. OUH required a team of 4 to provide 24-hour support for the Go-Live. OUH engaged Evolution on Friday afternoon, off the back of the recently successful BadgerNet support. The challenge was that OUH required 4 x floorwalkers, with CapMan experience, to start on the Monday. Due to the timescales, OUH could not provide training. They needed the floorwalkers to be familiar with the workflows going live, which meant the floorwalkers would have to review the material in their own time over the weekend.
Evolution demonstrated rapid execution capability by completing all necessary steps from identification through deployment within a compressed 2-hour window on Friday afternoon. This encompassed identifying and confirming 4 floorwalkers, securing required quotes, coordinating with procurement and Trust stakeholders for compliant onboarding, arranging ID passes, and completing training material review. The efficient processing enabled the floorwalker team to begin their deployment as scheduled on Monday, successfully delivering proactive floor support throughout the 7-day Go-Live period.
