\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith a digital transformation clock ticking, North West Ambulance Service needed Power BI services set up in a very short time frame. NWAS engaged Evolution to find a Power BI candidate who could work an eight-week contract to help meet deadlines.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA combination of advertising on job boards, mailing out to pre-vetted banks of candidates, and specified headhunting on Linkedin and an internal database resulted in four CVs being sent over within a 48-hour period of initial engagement.

\nThree of those four candidates were selected for interview with an offer being made within a few hours of interviewing.

\nWith time being of the essence on this engagement, Evolution ensured this entire process ran smoothly with interviews being booked promptly and feedback being taken just a few minutes after the interview.

\nEvolution were able to match the urgency of the requirement and, since then, have been able to build a true partnership with NWAS who have since offered us the chance to work with them exclusively on the rest of their Data Warehousing project.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
