Our client is a global leading SIEM/ SOAR Technology vendor, Asia headquartered in Singapore and currently looking to identify a Principal – Post Sales Director to managed their end to SIEM deployments and bridging the gap between Pre Sales and Customer Success team.
The role will be reporting into Managing Director and working closely with the Regional Director of Sales and Pre-Sales Engineering.
You will be the go to person for all deployment and post sales engagement and manage the end to end customer relationship and SIEM deployment within the organization across APAC and require to partner/ engage with the rest of Customer Success and Pre Sales team based in Singapore.
- Hands on in managing end to end and complex SIEM deployment projects at a regional/ global level
- Trusted Advisor and create best practice internally within the organization for all deployment engagements in APAC region
- Mentorship to the Pre Sales and Customer Success team
- Leadership to the Post Sales/ Deployment team
This position is great for hands on, technical individuals who are looking to be deliver complex solutions in the SIEM/ SOAR domain, manage, mentor and provide leadership to the pre sales & post sales team. There is a potential to grow the post sales team in the long term as part of the organizations’ expansion plan FY21-22.
