*S$500 to be paid when new hire starts. S$1000 to be paid once the hire has successfully been promoted from Trainee Consultant to Consultant. For experienced new hire, this S$1500 will be paid once he/she pass their probation period.
An additional S$2500 will be paid if new hire bills over $160,000 in their first 12 months in the business, OR an additional S$4500 will be paid if new hire bills over $250,000 in their first 12 months in the business.
