Your Role
As a key member of our Engineering team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, supporting, and maintaining innovative technology solutions for our clients, partners, and internal projects. This is a mid-level position where you’ll have the opportunity to take technical ownership of various greenfield projects.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & Maintain: Create and enhance Optimizely-centric and bespoke solutions using .NET technologies.
- Innovate: Implement cutting-edge software solutions with C#12, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core.
- Collaborate: Work closely with QA, BA, PM, DevOps, and the wider engineering and agency teams.
- Lead: Take responsibility for the timely and high-quality delivery of your assigned tasks.
- Drive Excellence: Ensure that our technical standards are not just met but exceeded, contributing to our reputation for technical excellence in Optimizely and .NET.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#12, .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Core 6+, ASP.NET Core MVC/Razor Pages, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SASS, and Git source control.
- Problem-Solving: A keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Team Player: Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, diverse team and can communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
- Strong experience with Optimizely CMS (v11 and v12) – training will be provided if needed.
- Optimizely Content Cloud Certification – training will be provided if needed.
- Azure Certifications – training will be provided if needed.
- Experience with Blazor, WebAssembly, Azure Cloud Services, and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with SQL Server/Azure SQL using Entity Framework Core.
