Salesforce Developer (Omnistudio) – Leading International FinTech Bran (Permanent)
Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Serve as an internal advocate, thought leader, advisor, and design authority for the Salesforce platform to promote and facilitate its adoption within the IT organization in Singapore.
Supervise and guide the direction, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, taking ownership of the overall governance of the Salesforce platform. Offer solution designs utilizing platform capabilities and review designs from other teams.
Engage in requirements gathering activities to assist in eliciting and defining project requirements. Provide insights on how Salesforce can address business needs and conduct feasibility studies as required.
Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment between Salesforce solutions and the target solution/information architecture.
Act as the single point of contact for Salesforce, collaborating with local and regional teams to design cohesive project solutions and delivery strategies. Ensure effective collaboration throughout all development, testing, and deployment phases.
Implement Salesforce products and solutions using web-based technologies, applying enterprise system integration and security architectures.
Provide support for Salesforce administration of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, particularly related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
Apply best practices and design patterns for applications developed on the Salesforce.com platform.
Implement DevOps for Salesforce development, release, and deployment.
Offer guidance in all phases of the Salesforce development life cycle.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of robust experience in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions at a senior designer + architect level.
In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to interact with business users to comprehend requirements and translate them into design specifications.
Solid grasp and experience in information architecture related to customer data.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Knowledge Base, ServiceCloud, Community Cloud, and migration to Lightning from Salesforce Classic.
Experience in Application Development Lifecycle on Salesforce, including defining technical/design standards and best practices.
Hands-on experience with DevOps, including the use of continuous integration and repository applications to streamline development and automate deployments.
Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio is ideal
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect Certification is advantageous.
