Location: Alcester (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.
• Identify and address any obstacles or issues that may hinder the team’s progress.
• Work to remove impediments and create a conducive work environment.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Agile tools and artifacts.

Qualifications:

• A background withing Project Management
• Experience working within a digital agency environment.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Track record of achieving targets and building successful client relationships.
• Previous evidence of great client relationships.
• Experience with;  UX/UI, CMS, SEO, PPC, Web Development & CRM is preferable

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive incremental change for businesses.
• Familiarity with digital agency processes and workflows.
