Location: Bracknell (with travel)

Your Role: We’re looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Bracknell, supporting high-profile projects across the country in collaboration with our OH&S team. Your role involves offering IT-related solutions, leveraging your strong communication skills and UK H&S knowledge. Familiarity with MOD processes and JSP series documentation is a plus.

As the Health and Safety Lead, you’ll manage day-to-day project aspects, serve as the go-to person for safety matters, and liaise with clients. Reporting to the Senior Health and Safety Manager.

Security Clearance – Please note you will need to be eligible for and happy to undergo DV clearance.   

Your Experience:

• Strong project management knowledge, ideally in IT, and regulatory understanding.
• Experience with MOD processes.
• Working toward a Health & Safety Diploma with professional institute membership.
• Willingness to obtain MOD security clearance.
• Full clean driving license and travel flexibility.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Independent decision-making ability.
• Experience in developing safe systems of work for safety-critical environments.
