We are looking for a talented HR Manager to join a promising and fast-growing Fintech and Security start-up / SME based in London to work in a hybrid manner. This is an exciting opportunity, to come in and help align and develop the people strategy whilst managing the day HR Operations utilising a business partner approach across their UK and overseas offices.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day HR Function

Overhaul and administrate the HR administration and policies

Support the leadership in the management of teams and team members and effective running of the business

Develop EVP and employee engagement initiatives

Management and development of remuneration and rewards, benefits, payroll, and pensions

Provide HRM expertise acting as an SME to the leadership team for HR

Implement policies, systems, and processes accordingly

Develop effective onboarding, talent acquisition, career ladders, and retention initiatives

Management of Recruitment Partners and PSL

Key Skills

Strong background in HR and MR Management

Broad expertise across all aspects of legal and technical HR matters
Expertise in performance management and supporting People and teams through difficult conversations and situations.
Strong analytical mindset, great soft skills and empathy
Pragmatic experience of driving HR capability forward
Data-driven way of working, bringing expertise and insight reinforced by simple, effective Management Information
International HR experience
Experienced in supporting startups and SME’s
CPID level 5, ideally 7 or equivocal education certification
Experience with Recruitment Partnerships, retained search and RPO’s
