What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking an avid individual to join us at our Head Office in Warrington. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and technical support to our colleagues worldwide who rely on IT Services.

About You

  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN network topology and design.
  • Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and assembly.
  • Proficiency in addressing network-related issues.
  • Familiarity with configuring mobile devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • An organized work approach coupled with a positive attitude.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Competence in managing Active Directory.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
