IT Engineer – Bath – £35,000

This is your opportunity to join a Sports Organisation that has been around for over 150 years! With over 350 employees, they are now looking for an IT Engineer to be a core part of business operations.

The purpose of this role will be to provide technical support in the delivery of IT across the business. You will also be responsible for managing IT strategy and security, whilst improving and developing current business practices. 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Support and troubleshoot technical infrastructure including Big Screen, AV, LAN and Wi-Fi, iOS till solution and applications.
• Maintaining and developing all internal systems.
• Assisting colleagues with any IT support queries.
• Support end users in line with our Managed Service Providers
• Developing cyber security awareness and efficiency.
• Maintain and update accurate asset tracking and network documentation

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years’ experience of working in a similar role. 
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience using Windows 10/11 and Mac OS. 
• A self starter with great time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and prioritise time.
