Scrum Master (Permanent)
Up to £70,000 + Car allowance + Bonus

You’ll be working to promote Agile/Scrum values and principles, promoting continuous improvement in our teams building exciting new capabilities for our large client base.  You will uphold the Scrum approach and be responsible for ensuring the team engages with its processes and ceremonies including facilitating sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.  

You will be a valued member of the Engineering Practice, working alongside likeminded Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads.  To further spread the adoption and understanding of Scrum and Agile, you will help the practice evangelise the benefits of an Agile approach by helping out with talks, training and knowledge sharing on the topic. In return, the practice will support you in your career development, whether this is becoming an Agile Coach, Product Owner or any another aspirational role within the business.

About you

As some-one with experience of the Scrum Master role, you will have experienced the importance of the following:

  • Promoting team empowerment – encourages & demands self-organisation from the development team;
  • Promoting team transparency – bringing about transparency to grow business trust;
  • Enthusiastic – a high-energy person, passionate about the role of Scrum Master

It would be highly desirable if you had experience of the Atlassian product set (Jira/Confluence), but if not we’ll help you learn that.  You are likely to have attended some Scrum Master training; you may even have one or more certifications.  However if you don’t, don’t worry; it is your experience that counts with us.
