If so, this could be the perfect role for you. I am looking for a Lean Product Analyst to join the innovation function within a leading law firm that is doing things a little differently. This is the first role of it’s kind an emerging team that has planned for exceptional growth over the coming month and years.

As this is the first role it will be pivotal to the teams success, you will be responsible for taking the lead on researching new product and service opportunities, assessing competitors, trends in technology and product, customer journey assessment and value stream mapping.

You will report directly to the team’s Senior Manager, collaborate closely with the Product Manager, and the wider support teams.

What do I need for the role?

Ideally, you will be well-versed in researching product opportunity and market and competitor landscapes too. With this experience you will be able to:

  • identify opportunities for new products and services
  • validate product ideas and test those working hypothesis
  • Design and conduct market research which covers broad trends
  • Develop comparative matrixes covering direct and indirect competitors
  • Monitor the market landscape for Legal Technology trends and wider macro-economic climates.
  • You will spend time using analytical techniques to understand how your clients are interacting with the products and identify areas where we can improve those experiences and remove barriers to adoption.

    It is important that you can collaborate closely with the Product managers in the team to identify those focus areas, design experiments and understand product vision and strategies to provide the best possible service.

    Knowledge, Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as an analyst in an established product team
  • Worked broadly in analysis or product
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative product and market analysis techniques including TAM/SAM/SOM, Kano analysis, Value Stream Mapping and Riskiest Assumption Testing (RATs).
  • Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team
  • Worked in an agile environment
  • Experience managing B2B products in highly regulated industries
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
