Evolution must process<br \/>personal data (including sensitive personal data) so that it can provide these services<br \/>\u2013 in doing so, Evolution acts as a data controller.<\/p><p>You may give your personal details to Evolution directly, such as on an application or<br \/>registration form or via our website, or we may collect them from another source such as<br \/>a jobs board. Overseas Transfers<\/h2><p>Evolution may transfer the information you provide to us to countries outside the<br \/>European Economic Area (\u201cEEA\u201d) for the purposes of providing you with<br \/>work-finding services. We will take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place to<br \/>ensure the security of your information. The EEA comprises the EU member states plus<br \/>Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.<\/p><h2>3. Data retention<\/h2><p>Evolution will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Different laws<br \/>require us to keep different data for different periods of time. The Conduct of<br \/>Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep<br \/>work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) the<br \/>date on which we last provide you with work-finding services.<\/p><p>We must also keep your payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment<br \/>records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage,<br \/>social security and tax legislation. Outside of these legal obligations we will only<br \/>retain your personal data for as long as we are engaged in providing work finding<br \/>services to you.<\/p><h2>4.
