For use of photographs, audio files, video clips, biographical information, and quotations from interviews
In taking part in activity with Evolution, individuals consent to as a Licensor of the content created (the “Licensor”), giving permission to include any images, video clips, audio files, biographical information, and interview quotations from which I may be identified (the “Material”) to be published by Evolution Recruitment Solutions Limited or one of its affiliated companies (“Evolution”).
They grant Evolution the right to use this Material or worldwide distribution
- in all formats and platforms in any and all media now known or hereafter developed
- in all editions, for the life of those editions without restriction
- in all languages
- in advertisements and promotional materials for the Work.
They understand that
(i) Evolution will provide a copy of the Material prior to initial publication and,
(ii) Evolution may then re-publish the Material on any platform in the future without further notification
(iii) Evolution will ‘tag’ them in some of these publications
(iv) Evolution will not seek to sell or directly profit from the Material
(v) Evolution will use their discretion to style the Material to brand it
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales
